ob Description

Responsible for production of varying models of precision components parts, and participating in components parts preparation and line assembly operations. Responsible for the development of tools and fixtures as needed for production purposes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate Surface Grinding Machine
- To perform surface grind, parting, etc
- Operate Milling & Turning machine and others delicate by your superior
- Ensuring quality and safety standards are met or exceeded;
- Performing quality checks, recording/maintaining data, verifies conformance of parts to specifications.
- Read and interpret blue prints.
- Analyze written specifications, drawings, rough sketches, and verbal instructions to plan layout and determine sequence of operations.
- Set up and operate machines, including adjusting speeds and feeds, and the use of proper tooling and fixtures.
- Use full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to determine acceptability of parts.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines as required part of PM schedule or calendar.
- Read and edit programs.
- Effectively and safely operate multiple machines at same time.
- Consult with engineer and other personnel regarding product information such as design, capacity and purpose, and types of material to be used to fabricate product.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- ITE/Higher NITECH/Diploma in manufacturing related areas
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings;
- Min 2 years experiences in precision engineering industry.
