**Salary**: Basic Salary + Group Target Incentive + 13 month Bonus + Annual Sales Target Variable Bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service Excellence**: Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing a memorable shopping experience. Share the benefits of crystal healing and guide customers in choosing the right crystal & amulet jewellery for their needs.
**Product Knowledge**: Educate customers on the properties of different crystals and how they can support well-being, energy healing, and personal growth.
**Visual Merchandising**:Help maintain an aesthetically pleasing and organized store environment. Assist in the setup and display of jewellery, ensuring the store is always visually appealing and inviting.
**Jewellery Production Assistance**:Support the jewellery production process, from crafting to packaging, ensuring quality control.
**Inventory Management**:Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and tracking inventory.
**POS System Management**: Operate the POS system for transactions, handle cash and card payments, and ensure the smooth processing of sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about crystals, jewellery, and holistic healing.
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of crystal healing properties (or a willingness to learn).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
