**Quality Assurance (QA) Technician - Tech/Quality Line**
**Location**:Tuas
**Industry**:Manufacturing/Production Battery
**Salary Range**:$2,800 - $4,000 (gross/month, based on experience)

**Job Overview**:
The QA Technician ensures product quality and compliance with industry standards by performing inspections, tests, and audits on production lines. This role supports continuous improvement and defect prevention in a fast-paced tech/manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-process and final product inspections per quality standards (e.g., ISO, SOPs).
Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and testing equipment to verify specifications.
Document test results and maintain accurate records.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities or defects.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues in real time.
- Suggest corrective/preventive actions to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
Participate in root-cause analysis and quality audits.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational certification preferred).
- **Experience**:2+ years in QA/QC, manufacturing, or a related technical role.
- **Skills**:
Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
Proficiency with measurement tools and basic data analysis.
Familiarity with QA methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S) is a plus.

**Location**:Tuas (Free shuttle bus daily from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Gross Salary**:$2,800 - $4,000 (based on 4/5/6 working days per week)
- **Basic Salary**:$2,200 - $2,700 (Basic for 4 workdays/week)
- **Allowances (up to ~$400/month)**:
**Shift Allowance**:$8/day (Day shift) / $18/day (Night shift)
**Extra Bonus Allowance**:$3/day (any shift)
**Transport Allowance**:$4/day (any shift)
- **Performance Bonus**:1-2 months
- **13th Month Salary**:
