**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare CD or drop box link to include the scope of work, tender drawings and relevant tender documents eg design briefs, breakdowns, schedule of rates, technical data & maintenance rates for subcontractors usage;
- Send quotation invitations to subcontractors on the invited or approved list;
- Assist Senior QS to compile tender queries and response & addendums for subcontractors usage
- Prepare quotations comparison for review by Senior QS & Manager;
- Help to ink and stamp documents for tender submission;
- Do proper filing of all tender-related documents and drawings;
- Other adhoc duties assigned by management

**REQUIREMENTS/ COMPETENCIES**
- Degree/Diploma in Projects & Facilities Management or Building. Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with main contractors
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCad and the ability to learn new specialist software
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a team player
