Retail Acessories Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- To take care of overall Internal & External Retail Accessories Sales & Incentive KPI
- Retail process execution & improvement
- Sublet PO for JIT Accessories via System (Coupa)
- Consignment stocks
- New Merchandise Sales Process - PDCA with Service Advisor and Sales
- Deep understanding of the products like features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Responsible for training Aftersales, Sales and Marketing teams on new products and processes.
- Creation and upkeeping of Sales toolkits (Customer Support etc.).
- Resolve escalated customer issues.
- Warranty exchanges with suppliers

**Job requirements**
- Proficient with MS Office Tool (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn on new system.
- Comfortable with routine administrative tasks
- A meticulous and ownership taker to follow through the process to completion.
- Good interpersonal skill, organizational skills and inventory management skills
- Good in coordination and organizing skills, a team player who work without supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail Sales: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
