Our overall mission is to evolve our model into the next phase so we can bring greater consistency and simplicity to how we work, innovate the way we deliver our global programs and ensure we are investing our time in proactive and predictive experiences.

We are pioneering a new way of working to help us to this. Agile isn’t new but it is new for us as a HR team. Using our new ‘Agile methodology’ in how we work, we will bring discipline, transparency, and accelerated ways of designing & delivering inclusive HR solutions together across the globe.

Being able to deliver rapid change across our HR processes and products in this way will be a key enabler to our overall HR transformation. The Agile HR team and ‘squads’ within HRC will have very clear ‘missions’ which will be aligned to our quarterly priorities.

The team will bring diverse perspectives to re-imagining our work, from across HR through their global & multi-disciplinary construct and will work full time to solve for some of our most important and complex challenges/priorities.

To help each of the squads adjust to this new way of working they will be supported by an ‘Agile Transformation Coach’ (this role), ‘Product Owners (PO’s)’ and ‘Scrum Masters’, who will support, guide and coach them during each phase of the work.

**Responsibilities**:
This role is a key leadership position on the HRC team within Asia. This person is accountable for running the operating model and the agile squads, as part of the scaled agile organisation we are building from within HR.

**Agile Org Set up**
- Supports HRC Lead for Asia to establish the HRC agile organisation including; prioritisation of missions, set up of squads, resource allocations, operating cadence, agile tooling, PO training, agile squad training, tracking of milestones and performance against milestones, ongoing coaching and support of squad members, coaching and development of all stakeholders
- Work with broader HRC LT to create the digital HRC product catalogue for all products and services to be stored and maintained

- Leads teams of squads structured to develop solutions to key HR missions, across the globe.
- Accountable for clear definition of mission and ensuring the squads are resourced and empowered to achieve their mission including; getting clear definitions of done across each squad, ensuring squads are resourced appropriately, resolving any impediments the squads face, leading the squads through their respective ceremonies, coaching and supporting the PO’s.
- Build rapport with the HRBP, HRC, HRSS and COE peers to manage expectations and act as a senior point of escalation if needed.
- Accountable for the quality of the product or service outcomes overall and ensure there is a solution that is documented as part of the product catalogue and successfully delivered into the respective team via the change management plan
- Seeks ways and means to integrate solutions into digital format as often as possible

- Seeks to resolve impediments of blockers the squad is faced with, to ensure the velocity and progress of the squads work is not compromised

- Serves as a senior point of escalation for complex project management related questions

- Connects with the squads to review and provide iterative feedback on strategy, potential evolutions, and impacts of the solution.
- Guides squads on identification and pursuit of opportunities for product integration in alignment with people strategy and encourages team to take calculated risks in steering outcomes to be future focussed and digitally enabled.
- Advocates for and gathers insights to aid the development/optimization of a broad group of HR solutions alongside evolving employee digital platforms and goals.
- Synthesizes insights across multiple employee and manager use cases, to measure and track performance

**Product/Feature Advocacy and Enablement**
