Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Manpower Planning & Analytics
Provide HR manpower reporting to enable HR and the organization to drive organizational
excellence and effectiveness. It will leverage on data to gain insights that will serve as inputs
for developing effective HR programmes to meet the objectives of the organization. This role
will also be responsible for day-to-day operations of servicing the needs of various
stakeholders for HR reporting and data capturing in MyHR (Successfactor) for Corporate
Office.
**Responsibilities**
NUHS Cluster reporting:
Prepare monthly / quarterly HR standard and regulatory reports / Surveys
Participate in the production and analysis of dashboards for the HR community
Continuously look into refining the existing data infrastructure (including data
quality, definitions, etc) that forms the base upon which the HR analytics function
draws data.

Analysis:
Attrition and Hiring analysis
Manpower need analysis (e.g workload analysis)
Manpower productivity
Projects:
Track HR analytics or related projects at Cluster and communicate any insights
derived back to institutions
Support data Identification for information captured within the System
Matrix and KPI SOP
Collate, audit and maintain data
**Skill and Qualification**
Bachelor Degree - Major in a quantitative discipline i.e. statistics, human resources,
economics, or related discipline
Basic Excel Skills required, Vlookup, Index Match, Duplicate management, Pivot and
Charts.
Eye for numbers, variance and report possible cause.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience of data cleaning and analysis.
Strong acumen with in-depth understanding of Data table and Business management.
Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
Good analytical and organization skills
Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and
interpersonal skill
- Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership - internal and
external stakeholders
Stamina and resilience of character, confident in the management of ambiguity
Ability to work as part of a team, within a very busy environment, which has strict
deadlines
Flexible in their approach and undertake other duties and projects when required
Healthcare experience and knowledge is an added advantage
Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive team and cross
teaming environment
