
Product Marketing Lead

Castlery is seeking a strategic and organized Product Marketer to join our Merchandising team.
The Product Marketer will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the GTM plans for new products. This role is essential for ensuring that each product's design intentions and messaging are clearly articulated from the ideation stage, through to launch, making sure that the new products resonate with customers and meets business objectives. You will be the central figure coordinating cross-functional efforts and maintaining accountability across teams to deliver a cohesive and impactful launch.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage go-to-market projects from inception to execution, ensuring business targets, timelines and budgets are achieved and adhered to.
- Work closely with category growth, category planning, product design team to understand the target customers, product story and key features, and develop effective go-to-market communications with marketing team.
- Collaborate with web ops, photography and visual merchandising teams to ensure on-time and smooth product launch with all customer touchpoints align with new product go-to-market strategy.
- Support country marketing and sales teams in developing strategies to drive product awareness and sales in targeted markets through both online and offline channels.
- Responsible for new product sales performance within the first-year post launch, working with both merchandising, supply planning and marketing teams.
- Develop a structured framework for managing product launches, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for go-to-market success and establish reporting mechanisms to track progress and effectiveness.
**Key Requirements**:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, project management, or related roles within the furniture or consumer goods industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management software, marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities and strategies as needed to meet changing business requirements.
