Part Time Customer Service Assistant @tampines

Tampines, Singapore Edvox Music School Full time

Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
- Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Able to work at "**retail hours" ( nights and weekends )**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 13/11/2024
