As a member of the SelfCare Integrated Planning Organization, you will be responsible for leading the supply planning and ordering processes for a wide range of products sourced within Asia and from the global network. In addition, this role will secure supply planning in the most efficient and proactive way, as well as provide effective communication with stakeholders across multiple functions. You will also have the ability to identify and lead improvement opportunities to maintain a synchronized, responsive, and agile end to end supply chain.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Owns and leads the Regional Supply Network Planning process, from Market Net requirements to the delivery of Finished Goods (FG) to the J&J Distribution Center at the local Market for a particular Franchise or Supply Chain. Aggregation of Franchise/Countries Net Requirements by source (J&J plants or External Manufacturing), creation of Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), Master Production Schedule (MPS) and resulting Material Requirement Planning (MRP) (Constrained Planning at the source), owns Inventory across for the Franchise (Finished Goods, Work in Progress and Raw & Packing Materials) as well as master data activities related to supply planning/deployment. Reporting into him/her are Regional Supply Planners/Deployment Planners as well as Local deployment Planners at J&J Manufacturing sites. Key KPIs are Unit Fill Rate at Market, Inventory and MPS Performance at the Plant
- Supporting network and other New Product Development/Initiative project by providing insights and simulation to guide the project team to the right supply chain strategy from planning’s view
- Drive PLAN initiatives strategy and execution - MOQ and Leadtime reduction, Days Before Next Run (DBNR), Sync project
- Manages the Regional Supply planning and preparation of supply plans across the region, develops and implements supply planning policies, standards, guidelines, technology, and procedures
- Responsible for running the MPS at regional level, analyses plants capacity constraints and define the constrained MPS/Supply plan
- Responsible for Customer Service across the region and product supply reliability, manage Inventory fair allocation across the region, and if shortfall occurs, review the gap and set priorities across the region
- Submits supply plans and Finished Goods inventory coverage reports to the PLAN management and develops solutions to address the potential disruption problems, analyses results and identify Demand issues/risks and initiates appropriate action to meet business goals
- Define Inventory strategy (including safety stock levels) for Finished Goods across the Region through the Inventory Entitlement model to ensure Capital efficiency optimization
- Responsible for define/update SLA (Service Level Agreement) between plants and countries, and Intercompany Planning parameters into the system
- Ensure participation in new product launch meetings and new product forecasts as a business partner with other cross functional teams
- Owns the Regional RCCP, Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) and S&OP process at regional level
- Be the focal point of contact between Sales & Marketing Organizations / Demand Planning and the Plants
- Responsible for summarizing, escalate regional supply issues to the Supply Chain Regional board. Lead the actions required to solve supply issues.
