**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute yearly stock take, work out reconciliation with finance and audit team
- Plan and execute monthly cycle count
- Reporting of finished goods and raw material inventory according to count results
- Maintain & improve inventory accuracy - Domestics, Export, Raw materials, Packaging materials, and ECR pallets
- Perform critical decisions to ensure the transaction (Inbound & Outbound) of correct quantity are in stock according to the Warehouse management system (WMS)
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Maintain short expiry dates and inventory turnover rate
- Perform stocks adjustment deemed necessary
- Review documentation and monitor product code and expiry dates to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
- Develop & Review warehouse operation flow & processes from an Inventory Management Point of View
- Work with external departments for all inventory-related plans & processes
- Trace internal audit activity with the Quality Assurance team
- Managed stocks borrowing between domestics and international market
- Managed returns as well as the defective or expired items to inform the Quality Assurance Team (With reference to NCR and Disposal processes)
- Ensure all master data in WMS is up to date
- Engage external parties in overcoming system limitations
- Validate transactions between WMS and Oracle system, where necessary
- Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review daily, weekly and monthly reports with Supervisors and Management
- Nurture positive relationships with stakeholders and provide internal customer service as needed
- Report any issues or risks relevant to inventory or warehouse operations

**Job Requirements**:

- A Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
- At least 1 year of Supply Chain or Warehouse experience
- Knowledge in Inventory Management
- Experience in Logistics Modules such as ERP or WMS is a plus
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good Organizational and Management Skills
- Detailed and task-oriented
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Proficient in data crunching
- Strong analytical skills

Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,500

Monthly Transport Allowance: $80
