- Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or equivalent - Ideally, some experience with SDS authoring, GHS compliance, REACh regulations
- Experience in data mining, data processing and VBA programming skills is highly desired
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and report significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good in both oral and written communication in English -Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Proficiency in another regional language is desirable

**Activités**

**Product Stewardship Strategy**
- Support development of Product stewardship awareness in the Regional organization, including training of local product stewards and affiliates

**Regulatory Compliance**
- Support assigned regional compliance programs to ensure current & ongoing compliance with existing and new regulations. Support tracking of both new & upcoming regulations (assigned)
- Provide support to business lines and affiliates to manage the regulatory compliance activities.
- Validation of Products & Raw Material within the commercialization Process regarding Regulatory Compliance & SDS Update/creation.
- Support audits for APME region as defined in the CR-MV-401. Check SDS portfolio, product and label compliance.

**Data Management & Analytics**
- Maintain databases by acquiring data and treating data from primary or secondary data sources based on user requirements for regulatory compliance programs.
- Support reporting of KPIs & compliance status.

**SDS**
- Collect the needs for SDS, gather data and set up raw materials in Comply+, coordinate requests for SDS to CCFDS the validation of the SDS draft and publication schedule with labelling constraints, coordinating with Business Line when necessary

**Contexte et environnement**
- Working within a complex organizational matrix that includes the Multi-Business Lines for Lubricants/Lubmarine/Main Products/Special Fluids/Fuel Additives, Central Functions in Paris, the regional APME offices, and various affiliates, requiring effective communication skills.
- Navigating complex and emerging **regulatory landscapes** across multiple countries, ensuring **compliance with diverse legislative and group or Industrial requirements**.
