About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Video Editing Intern** to join our content and marketing team. You will assist in editing video content for various platforms including social media and marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment while building your portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in editing short-form and long-form video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Add music, graphics, text overlays, and effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Organize and manage raw footage and project files.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand project goals and video briefs.
- Ensure all edits meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Stay up to date with the latest video trends and editing techniques.
- Assist with other video production tasks as needed (e.g., filming, lighting setup, scripting).
**Requirements**:
- Basic proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation.
- Prior editing experience (even personal or school projects) is a plus.
- A portfolio is highly encouraged.
