Maintenance and Engineering Engineer

**What you will do**
- Manage overall OPEX project programs, preventive maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities
- Develop and execute OPEX projects in the plant
- Manage Standards of Environmental Care (SOEC), Global Pipeline Integrity (GPI)SOEC, GPI, Hydrocarbon Controls Procedures (HCP),Safety Critical Equipment program
- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance with minimum downtime
- Manage preventive maintenance program
- Support/Assist M&E Supervisor in managing SAP Plant Maintenance
- Perform troubleshooting to equipment issues and provide oversight for all fixed and rotating equipment as well as electrical, electronic and software systems
- Ensure timely inspection of Operations Integrity (OI) critical, HCP and statutory equipment
- Manage interface with contractors and vendors as well as internal interfaces within plant
- Work with other departments to improve and enhance operating efficiency and safety
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by Maintenance & Engineering Manager
- Ensure contractors adhere to flawless Safety, Security, Health and Environment (SSHE) practices using Loss Prevention System (LPS) tools to achieve a safe working environment with Zero incidents
- Ensure technicians/contractors adhere to established standard procedures and Job Loss Analysis (JLA), ensuring all procedures and processes are up to date
- Proficient with Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS)/ISO14000 expectations
- Participate in safety walks, inspection, near miss reporting, Loss Prevention Self-Assessment (LPSA) and LPS
- Familiar with Work Control, Work Permit procedures, and Tier 1 Best Practices (T1BP).
- Actively involved in OIMS/ Risk Assessment/Internal Assessment /External Assessment and gap closures
- Be the OIMS system as specialist
- Actively involved in SSHE program e.g. LPS, Standards of Environmental Care (SOEC), Global Pipeline Integrity (GPI), etc.
- Ensure compliance on all waste disposals in accordance to regulatory requirements and company environmental policies.
- Familiar with Brand and Product Integrity management System (BPIMS)/ISO 9001:2000 guidelines and requirements
- Actively involved in BPIMS/ISO assessments
- Knowledge in ExxonMobil's System of Management Control - Basic Standards, Policies and Corporate Oil Measurement Practices e.g., Hydrocarbon Control Practices (HCP), Controls Integrity Management Systems (CIMS), etc. \
- Familiar with HCP/CIMS/Industrial Control System Requirements (ICSR)/IT Controls Manager (ITCM) requirements
- Ensure adherence to established procedures/processes
- Actively involved in controls related assessments
- Ensure compliance to HCP/CIMS/ICSR/ITCM requirements

**What you will need**
- A Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Experience in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry
- Possess mechanical and/or electrical knowledge with hands on experience in an lubricant/oil & gas/petrochemical operating or manufacturing plant
- Working knowledge of engineering and reactive and preventative maintenance
