The incumbent is responsible for supporting with our I-REC offering in the APAC region including holding Subject Matter Expertise, product and service development, deliver sales support and knowledge-sharing, and support in achievement of annual revenue goals.

Primary Responsibilities
- Work with the broader global REC team to develop and execute renewable energy certificate strategy for Asia that will meet growth and revenue goals.
- Build and develop internal alliances with Sales and Account teams in the Nordics and wider APAC region to leverage existing client base for sales and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and renewable energy generators that enable us to leverage our current business model and expand into newer products and service offerings.
- Understand the full scope of sustainability and WFS products and services to effectively leverage the cross-segment opportunities
- Grow customer and prospect awareness of products and services, grow perception of World Kinect as though leaders through delivery of customer-facing webinars and training, earned media, participation and speaking at conferences and industry events.

Additional Responsibilities

The incumbent must be able to communicate effectively, build relationships and work closely with internal and external stakeholders including clients, third-party vendors, and peers across the World Kinect Energy Services global team. Must be comfortable and proficient in presenting and explaining renewable energy products and services to end customers.

Experience and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of REC or carbon market experience.
- Excellent understanding of renewable energy certificate market and regulatory structures. Ability to analyze and take advantage of new and existing structures to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong technical understanding of environmental commodities, and ability to assess and identify new opportunities
- Native language skills in Asian language and excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- General business and financial acumen plus evidence of customer-service orientation
- Effective team player who excels at performing in a collaborative environment
