Electric and T&c

We are looking for **Singapore residents or people with PR**. And you will be the T&C technician to support the Metro vehicle electrical commissioning work. If capable, lead the team and drive projects in staff engagement to solve technical problems encountered during debugging.

**Monthly Salary Range**
SGD: 3k-4k

**Responsibilities**:
Your key roles are as follows:

- Working within the existing T&C team on conducting and executing the testing and commissioning of tasks according to the test plans and procedures
- Work with the manuals, documentation, and technical teams to validate by trialling the methods and instructions for maintenance and repairs of the trains.
- Capture, monitor and update the hardware and software configuration by using software loading tools, methods and Verification processes as required.
- Troubleshoot and Repair electronic equipment faults, errors in wiring, etc.
- Record and Analyse the test results and draw conclusions. Upon which, discuss with the engineers and close outstanding results.
- Identification and Rectification of faults identified through commissioning tests including escalation to relevant suppliers or engineering teams, providing complex and accurate reports for the customer.
- Safely manage a train under test, including the safety status and coordination of work activities to ensure all work/access is always managed safely
- Record and Clarify commissioning related faults and risks which might relevant effects on time, costs, and quality.
- Night work is required when necessary. Night shift hours 5:00pm
- 12:00pm
- Lead the team and improve debugging efficiency if able.

**Job Requirements**
- Someone who has electrical background and fault-finding experience.
- Able to read Electrical drawings (Single Line and Detail Circuit Drawings)
- Hands on experience to use Test Equipment like Multi meter, Insulation Tester (Megger)
- Low Voltage & Control Panel Wiring and Termination
- Understanding the various voltage like single phase AC, three phase AC, 110V DC and electrical colour code, etc.
- High voltage 22000VAC/750VDC system
- Strong self-development to embrace training and skills development in line with new projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines
- Good communication and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective working relationships easily.
