1. Managing student/alumni data, including creation and updates (eg: Database in LinkedIn, lots of data entries and creating database)
2. Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines. May require to access student/alumni data as well.
3. Helping to develop reports and analysis
4. Supporting the department's initiatives in the Strategic Plan to profile alumni to boost SUSS reputation locally and internationally
6. Provide technical expertise in data storage, data mining; data reporting and analysis.
7. Preferably with experience in Web scrapping, Knowledge of basic Python libraries, such as Selenium and BeautifulSoup.
8. Skills in basic coding (preferred)
9. Proficient in IT matters
