**Your day at NTT DATA**
As an Associate Security Services Architect at NTT DATA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our security technology solutions. You'll work hands-on with clients and the sales and delivery teams to design less complex Managed Services solutions across the security domain. Your journey at NTT DATA will involve developing competitive, innovative, secure, multi-year, and viable solutions, alongside learning the ropes of pre-sales engagements.

Under general supervision, you will assist with the creation of managed service solutions to meet client requirements, integrating technology and service design. You'll gain hands-on experience in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installations, and the maintenance of our security products. Your day-to-day tasks will include testing new design features, validating delivery models, and suggesting improvements for existing services.

You'll support the service design deliverables by working closely with internal teams and partners to ensure technical, service, and costing aspects are all accounted for. You'll learn to map client requirements, coordinate end-to-end solution development, and help present architecture solutions focusing on cost savings and uncovering new opportunities for client growth.

As you grow in this role, you'll be involved in defining service elements and developing transition documents, scope, and costing based on client needs. You'll also assist in identifying service costs, ensuring full visibility over the contract term, and managing vendor relationships to guarantee smooth transitions to service delivery teams.

Moreover, you will stay updated with industry trends, Managed Services Integration, and emerging technologies like devSecOps, Cloud Native Services, and DATA Analytics. Your passion for learning and continuous growth will make a significant impact on how we approach and deliver security solutions.

**To thrive in this role, you need to have**:

- An entry-level understanding of Managed Services delivery models, including cloud and distributed models.
- Basic knowledge of Security Managed Services, covering areas like network security, cloud security, endpoint security, IAM, and DATA protection.
- Awareness of trending technologies and best practices in Managed Services and security solutions.
- Strong analytical skills for DATA discovery and problem-solving.
- The ability to communicate effectively across different levels of stakeholders, emphasizing the value and improvements our solutions offer.
- A collaborative mindset, contributing positively to the team's success.
- A passion for continuous learning and specialization growth.
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
