**Responsibilities**:

- Adeptly manage quantitative data and execute data analysis tasks with precision, excel in numerical and analytical abilities
- Responsible for buying from existing vendor lists both locally and overseas
- Follow up and expedite suppliers on order status to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare monthly inventory report using MS Excel e.g. Pivot Table / VLOOKUP
- Interacting with internal department/external parties (forwarders & suppliers) related to all POs (covers end-to-end ordering processes).
- Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records, and updated price lists.
- Generate Purchase Orders, maintain the filing system of purchasing records
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Coordinating with other departments within the company, such as marketing and sales, logistics to ensure timely delivery of pet products.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Execute forecast planning of resources within business activities

**Qualifications**:

- Oracle knowledge would be highly advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in purchasing function
- Well-skilled in utilizing Microsoft Excel, specifically skilled in leveraging the functionalities of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- The capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
