**A day in the life of...**
- Handling of incoming / outgoing parcel and laboratory materials
- Responsible for all sample handling relating work as per accreditation and quality system (Sample receipt, registration, milling, enquiry and disposal)
- Ensure samples are registered and queries are handled according to procedure in excellent quality and timely manner.
- Ensures that all equipment is properly maintained, documented as per quality system and accreditation requirements.
- Assist with procurement task, inventory control and Good Receipt of Laboratory materials.
- Maintenance and enhancement of GLOBE -LIMS.
- Timely follow up on sample enquiries.
- Good receipt and issuance from SAP system

**What will make you successful**
- Diploma in Food Science / Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Min 1 year of lab administrator experience in a lab environment
- Preferably experience in SAP and knowledge of Quality System and GLP
- Basic knowledge of chemical safety and in contaminants chemistry
