Manage and implement Change Requests (CRs) — including analysis, estimation, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with business analysts, testers, and support teams to ensure CRs align with banking requirements.
- Perform impact analysis to assess risks and dependencies before CR implementation.
- Conduct performance tuning and ensure scalability for large-volume banking transactions.
- Support UAT, regression testing, and production releases with proper documentation.

**Skills**:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience as Software Programmer.
- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL development.
- Proficiency in.NET Framework / C# programming.
- Proven experience in Change Request lifecycle (impact analysis, estimation, development, testing, deployment).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
