**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the helpdesk team to deliver great customer service on day to day operational activities to meet service levels and manage incident restoration.
- To be highly customer focused and diligent towards providing good customer service
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory in Service desk/ Helpdesk
- Customer Experience / Service Management
- Good communication skill
- Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift work.
