**Job Duties**:
2. Enable and facilitate zoom video call or in-person interviews as scheduled with the employers.
4. Support the day to day operations of a recruitment agency.
5. Managing and coordinating the hiring process of a Foreign Domestic Worker until joins the employer.
6. Checking on Foreign Domestic Workers via WhatsApp Video Calls or in person during their initial 3 months upon joining their respective employers.
7. Liaising with third party vendors and ensuring their deliverables are on time.
8. Manage escalations and concerns from employer/employee, provide necessary support and facilitate the situation by providing suitable resolution.
9. Documentation, reporting and tracking.

**Preferences**:
Job Skills MS Office, Presentation Skills, Handle Enquiries and Requests

Job languages English, Chinese (Mandarin), Bahasa Melayu
