Job Title: Career Coaching Trainer - Raydee to Win

**Target Group**: Youths, students, and adult learners (Singapore-based)
**Location**: Singapore (training venues and client sites)
**Timeline**: 3rd, 4th, 6th & 11th October 2025 and future training engagements

**Overview**

Raydee to Win is seeking **experienced Career Coaching Trainers** to deliver impactful programs for youths, students, and adult learners in Singapore. Trainers must hold **ACTA or ACLP or DDDLP certification** and possess strong expertise in **leadership development, career coaching, and learner empowerment**.

Our programs are designed to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and enhance career readiness, preparing participants to thrive both in education and in the workplace.

This role requires more than enthusiasm, we want trainers who can _connect with teens, handle challenges, and inspire students to step up_. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to bring out the best in youth, this is for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate **engaging and interactive workshops** on leadership and career development.
- Provide group coaching to support learners in leadership and career growth.
- Foster a **safe, inclusive, and motivating** learning environment.
- Share real-world insights and experiences to connect theory with practice.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for trainers who are:

- **Certified with ACTA or ACLP or DDDLP** - mandatory.
- Experienced in **leadership training, career coaching, or youth/adult learning**.
- Strong communicators with excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
- Able to connect and engage effectively with learners, especially polytechnic-level students.
- Adaptable and creative in delivering leadership and career-focused content.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality delivery.

Preferred experience in:

- Delivering **leadership or career programs** for polytechnic, ITE, university students, or adult learners.
- Supporting participants in building leadership competencies and career pathways.
- Understanding of **Singapore’s education and workforce landscape**.

Able to attend:

- **1 Zoom briefing session** prior to the program.
- **1 full-day pre-workshop training** before the program delivery.

Pay: From $500.00 per day
