**Logistic and Admin Assistant Job Scope**
- **Purchase Coordination**: Work with Operation Team to prepare purchase request for class materials
- **Packing Order**: Pack and prepare materials for ongoing classes timely and accurately.
- **Logistic Documentation**: Manage all logistic and packing database up to date.
- **Receiving Stock**:Help receive and sort incoming stock to keep materials inventory up to date.
- **Data Entry**: Enter and update inventory data into the system.
- **Stock Taking**:Assist with counting and checking stock, ensuring accurate records of Logistics inventory.
- **Office Management**: Take charge of managing the office and keeping track of office stocks movements.
- **General Admin Tasks**:Help with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse work, or a similar field.
- Experience in packing, inventory, and stock control.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Any certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus, but not required.

**Other Requirements**:

- Basic computer skills (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, using inventory systems).
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Must be able to work independently and manage tasks on your own.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.

**Key Competencies Required**:
**Core Competencies**:

- Knowledge of logistics, administration and inventory management.
- Able to use basic computer systems for communication (SLACK), data entry (Notion / Google Drive) and inventory tracking (Notion)
- To maintain logistics system, quantity and quality.

**Behavioural Competencies**:

- Quick learner who is willing to take on new tasks.
- Able to work well independently and with a team.
- Can stay calm and work efficiently, even under pressure and in fast-pace environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to work with colleagues
- Excellent work ethics and time management

**Other Details**
- This is an office-based work at Redhill Area, please asses the location convenience for you.
- Work time: 9.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday
- Holidays / leave: in line with school holidays.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
