As a Business Course Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, leading discussions, and providing practical guidance to our students to help them develop a solid understanding of business and commerce.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering lectures on business-related courses such as accounting, business management, management accounting, economics, statistics, etc.
- Designing and implementing course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with the academy's curriculum and educational standards.
- Facilitating discussions and leading interactive class activities to promote student engagement and learning.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their academic progress and professional development.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in the business field.
- Participating in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and other academy activities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging lectures and facilitate classroom discussions.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design with a student-centred approach to teaching.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to the needs of diverse students.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students towards success.
