**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Providing 1st and sometimes 2nd line support to internal stakeholders.
- Escalate to support parties’ issues and manage the outcome.
- Acts as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for support.
- Ensures that requests or queries are handled according to agreed procedures.
- Prioritises and diagnoses incidents. Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution. Escalates unresolved incidents.
- Support, optimize and manage key platforms and tools core to digitalization of processes and workflows.
- Reports on progress and resolves issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest computing trends, technologies, and best practices.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Technology Operation: Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, KUBE365, Workato/iPaaS, Internal Sharepoint/Landing Page Management
- Modern work: Office 365
- Infrastructure and Network: Windows OS, Windows Servers, Cloud Technology (Azure, AWS, Google), IOT, Virtualisation, Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac OS.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualification with 1 to 3 years’ experience
- 1-3 Years relevant working experience in the respective technology domain Background in Technology Customer Support functions
