Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (Fintech/Wealthtech) Industry: Technology, specifically Fintech and Wealthtech Location: Flexible

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, driving growth, innovation, and profitability in the Fintech and Wealthtech sectors.
- Provide strong leadership, inspiring and empowering teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient execution of business plans and optimal resource allocation.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, leveraging industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Lead successful M&A transactions, including target identification, due diligence, negotiation, and post-merger integration.
- Secure investments and foster strategic partnerships, building relationships with investors, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive fundraising initiatives, including preparing investment materials, engaging with potential investors, and negotiating deal terms.
- Provide guidance on potential IPO readiness, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful public offerings.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, implementing financial controls and risk management strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, attracting and retaining top talent.
- Represent the company in external engagements, including industry conferences, media interviews, and regulatory interactions.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in the Fintech or Wealthtech sectors.
- Deep understanding of the Fintech and Wealthtech industries, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Experience in successful M&A transactions, fundraising initiatives, and/or leading IPO processes.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on empowering teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to make informed business decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to navigate complex challenges and ambiguity.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving innovation and disruption in the Fintech and Wealthtech sectors.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to corporate governance best practices.
