Job Responsibilities and duties
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
- Respond to clients who contact our business, answering inquiries and providing information professionally and accurately.
- Build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the database.
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
- Maintain working knowledge of our service and offerings, being able to explain any aspect at a moment’s notice and develop an understanding of new services quickly.
- Recommend certain services to clients based on their specific needs and desires, putting the satisfaction of our customers above all else.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase the size of orders or encourage clients to try out newly developed offerings.
- Monitor developments in the market and trends to be prepared for market shifts.
- Complete administrative duties after each sale, keeping track of accounts carefully.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role as a hunter
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- A passion for business development and working closely with clients.
- Direct sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work individually and as part of the wider team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,934.23 - $5,000.00 per month
