**Summary**

The Industrial Hygienist develops, administers and delivers Industrial Hygiene (IH) systems and services to business line operations.

**What you will do**

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing IH activities as identified in the annual IH work plans, including but not limited to identification, assessment and control of health risks
- Developing annual IH Plans for the assigned sites
- Providing professional IH support / oversee IH programs and practices at assigned sites
- Observing IH requirements in all phases of service delivery
- Implementing new improvement/enhancement initiatives
- Stewarding progress of support and project plans; including periodic highlights
- Submitting equipment/capital budget requests
- Participating in IH network meetings, teleconferences and activities
- Mentoring, facilitating training for local IH resources at assigned sites
- Providing technical / functional guidance to business partners / IH contacts at assigned sites
- Providing operational integrity health management system support; serving as system administrator, if required
- Supporting global common systems development, implementation and continuous improvement
- Participating in the development and local implementation of health hazard control programs and global health practices
- Participating in emerging issues analysis and resolution

**About you**

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A graduate degree in engineering, science or industrial hygiene
- Demonstrate competency via professional certification or registration, or equivalent
- Continuing education leading to maintain professional certification
- Recognized expertise in applied IH/ health risk assessment and management
- Willingness to travel, as required
