**YOUR NEW JOB**:
As a **Business Analyst**, you’ll be the bridge between **technology and business**—translating user needs into smart, actionable **product features**for a high-performing trading platform.

You’ll **collaborate**with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the **full product lifecycle**—from **ideation**to **iteration**—helping shape fintech solutions that are intuitive, fast, and market-ready.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore, reporting into the Product team.

**WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU**:

- 2 years’ experience in a **business analyst, product, or project coordination**role
- Proficient in **writing user stories, mapping workflows, and managing backlogs**:

- Experience **gathering product requirements**and **prioritising features**based on stakeholder input
- Able to support and **track the full product lifecycle**—from concept through to post-launch optimisation
- Familiarity with tools like **JIRA, Confluence, Figma**, or similar
- Exposure to **trading platforms or financial markets**:

- Familiar with **Agile**methodologies like **Scrum or Kanban**:

- Comfortable working in a lean, cross-functional team
- Proficiency in **Chinese**for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT**:

- Working experience in the fintech, trading, or capital markets space
- A passion for fintech, blockchain, or emerging technologies
- Experience working in an early-stage product team
- Confidence in running competitor analysis, user interviews, or customer feedback loops
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal
