**1. Technical Drawing Preparation**
- Use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to produce detailed 2D or 3D drawings.
- Translate concepts or rough sketches from engineers/architects into formal drawings.

**2. Blueprints and Schematics**
- Create precise schematics, floor plans, wiring diagrams, piping layouts, etc.
- Ensure accuracy of measurements, materials, and specifications.

**3. Coordination and Communication**
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, or project managers.
- Modify drawings based on feedback and technical requirements.

**4. Documentation**
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Assist in compiling manuals, bills of materials (BOM), or part lists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant drafting software.
- Convert sketches, specifications, and engineering calculations into accurate technical plans.
- Assist in revising drawings and plans based on field changes, client feedback, or project updates.
- Ensure all drawings meet applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with construction and design teams to clarify project requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a well-organized system for storing digital and printed drawings and documentation.
- Conduct site visits, when needed, to gather field data, measurements, or verify existing conditions.
- Update and maintain as-built drawings throughout the duration of the construction process.
- Use Adobe Photoshop to create design artworks, presentations, or graphic elements as needed for theming and visual concept development.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and other 2D/3D design tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and the ability to interpret architectural and structural plans.
- Familiarity with building codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Experience in preparing as-built drawings and updating documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing preparation.
- Good understanding of materials, dimensions, and technical specifications used in construction and themed environments.
- Ability to conduct field/site measurements and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
