**Overview**:

- Location: Office-based at Ubi/Macpherson headquarters.
- Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (office-based).
- Monthly Salary Range: Up to S$3500

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Merchandising Manager in the collaborative planning of product ranges and the development of sales and stock plans for the Kids product areas.
- Support in forecasting profits and sales, contributing to the optimization of sales volume and profitability. Assist in the creation of budgets and prepare sales forecasts for new product ranges.
- Help control stock levels based on seasonal forecasts, ensuring appropriate allocation to each outlet.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze historical sales figures and trends to provide insights and assist in anticipating future product needs.
- Provide support in in-season activities, including repeat orders, markdowns, and consolidation efforts.

- Stay informed about competitors' performance and market trends to contribute to strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business/Retail Management/Statistics/Business Analytics or a related field.
- This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required.
- **Possess strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.**:

- Proficiency in **Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP **, is desired.
