**Position Summary**

This position is responsible for the preparation of operations documents, timely updates WMS and provide support in general logistics administrative functions.

**Responsibilities**

**Primary Responsibilities**

Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the

movement of warehouse cargo

Liaison with trucking contractors for local deliveries

Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and

expenses.

Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.

Update WMS on Cargo Status.

Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries

Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

**Qualifications Summary**

**Experience**:
This position requires minimum 1 year relevant experience in logistics industry.

**Education**:
Minimum 'O' level

**Skills**:
Good customer service and communication skills

Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
