**Position: Senior Warehouse Assistant or Executive**:

- **Working hours: 5 days (Monday
- Friday 9.00am-6.00pm)**:

**Main Responsibilities**
- Daily maintenance of the warehouse.
- Receiving / Picking of FGI.
- Generate daily picklist / invoices of delivery.
- Experience in ERP / Business software
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure optimum service level.
- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of forklift in compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Ensure products are received and put away at dedicated locations.
- Perform monthly stock taking to ensure inventory integrity.
- Compute / compile outgoing stocks and prepare daily stock summary.
- Possess forklift license
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
**Requirement**:
- O level / Diploma in warehouse management with minimum 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- PC Literate
- Familiar in beverage manufacturing will be advantageous.
- **Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only**
