Your role is to deliver great cuts, roviding excellent customer service by listening to and addressing clients' concerns and requests, and handing over happy and well groomed furkids

**Your roles & responsibilities include**:

- Manage the day-to-day grooming and daycare business operations
- Deliver excellent grooming based on the best practices;
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene & cleanliness;
- Ensure safety and gentle handling of pets;
- Ensure all grooming appointments properly scheduled;
- Ensure pet grooming equipment are well maintained;
- Ensure compliance with AVS guidelines;
- Highlight abnormalities of pets to the customers to avoid unnecessary conflicts or misunderstanding;
**Role Requirements**
- At least 2 to 3 years of dog grooming experience
- Able to train & supervise Assistant Groomers.
- Proficiency in various grooming techniques and breed-specific cuts
- Knowledge of pet health and behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being

5 days work week, including weekends and some public holidays

Commission & Bonus Ranging from $500 to $2000
