**What the role is**
- As a Psychologist, you are directly involved in the rehabilitation of offenders who have committed sexual or violent offences and with offenders with mental health problems.
**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of a branch which is responsible for the delivery of psychological services for offender rehabilitation. Your specific responsibilities include: - Administer violence and sexual violence psychological risk assessments - Conduct psychology-based intervention programmes for offenders - Conduct research on offender risk management - Programme evaluation - Collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g., prison officers, and relevant community and government agencies) for the effective risk management of offenders - Contribute to the development and review of policy related to offender risk management
**What we are looking for**
- [Work Experience & Competencies] - Possess knowledge and/ experience in psychology (in particular, forensic, clinical or correctional psychology). - Experience in working directly with clients in group and individual settings;
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams;
- Good interpersonal skills. [Personal Traits] - Interest in working with sexual, violent offenders, offenders with mental health - Independent in completing job tasks on time;
- Ability to manage multiple demands and tasks;
- Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills. - Analytical, resourceful and meticulous. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
