CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.

Job Descriptions:

- Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.
- Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
- Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings
- Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
- Producing site progress report to management.
- Monitor and ensure sub-contractors comply with specified requirements.
- Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements related to project.
- Coordination and sequencing of works of different sub-contractors.
- Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
- Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
- Clear communication to external parties including client, sub-contractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum experience of 10-15 years as a high level management of sub-contractors and suppliers and all internal and external interfaces.
- Preferrable 10-15 years of project management experience in the high rise projects (at least 300m) and mixed development in building projects
- Hold suitable qualification in Civil and Building Engineering. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate high level of integrity, professionalism, and technical competency.
- Critical part planning, strategic planning, timeline management, multi-tasking.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 10 years of experience
- Language(s): Mandarin Chinese
- Availability to travel: No
- Availability of change of residence: No
