We are currently seeking an Accounts Executive with expertise in IT and data analytics to join our team. While having an accounts or finance background will be advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. What we value most is your willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute your analytical skills to support our financial decision-making process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Analytics: Utilize your strong data analytics skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to support strategic financial decisions.
- IT Integration: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of financial data, maintain data accuracy, and implement data security measures.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present insightful financial reports, translating complex data analysis into easily understandable information for key stakeholders
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the finance department, leveraging your IT and data analytics knowledge.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and assisting in various financial matters as required.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends, financial regulations, and data analytics techniques.
- Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure data integrity and comply with financial and data privacy regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics or IT.
- Spreadsheet Data Analytics: Proven expertise in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- IT Skills: Familiarity with IT systems, data integration, and the ability to work collaboratively with IT teams to ensure seamless data flow.
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment, taking on new challenges and learning new skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex insights to non-financial stakeholders.
