**PRODUCTION FOREMAN**

**Company Introduction**

PROSTAR CONTRACT SERVICES PTE LTD, a licensee in the manufacturing industry dedicated to producing high-quality fireproofing materials. Located at No. 28 Kranji Loop #02-04 Kranji Green Singapore 739571.

As a Production Foreman at PROSTAR CONTRACT SERVICES PTE LTD, you will be instrumental in overseeing our production operations to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading a team to achieve great results.

**List of Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily production schedules to meet manufacturing objectives.
- Supervise a small team of production workers, offering guidance, training, and feedback.
- Ensure all safety and quality guidelines are followed within the production area.
- Optimize production operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and progress.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities in collaboration with other teams.

**List of Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Production Foreman or similar supervisory role in the manufacturing sector is an advantage. Training will be provided.
- Technical knowledge of machinery, tools, and production processes is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- SPM, O-Level, High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Production Management is a plus.
- Availability: Can start work immediate or short notice
- Working Hours: 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM (Monday to Friday) and 8:00AM ~ 12:00PM (Saturday)
