**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to join our dynamic derivatives development team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Market Data Services, supporting critical functions across Treasury, Risk, Financial, Wholesale, and Retail Banking. You will architect scalable solutions for market and referential data management, ensuring seamless integration with vendor systems and internal platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enterprise Data Management (EDM) & Architecture:

- Design and implement an Enterprise Data Management (EDM) system for Market and Referential Data.
- Develop end-to-end architecture for data acquisition, transformation, and distribution across asset classes (Equities, FX, Commodities, Fixed Income, etc.).
- Lead data modeling and distribution using industry tools like NeoXam DataHub, Markit EDM, or similar platforms.

**Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Partner with data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, Super-D) to integrate and optimize data feeds.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Trading, IT) to align data solutions with business needs.
- Manage senior vendor relationships and oversee implementation/deployment projects.

**Compliance & Innovation**:

- Ensure adherence to internal change control, security policies, and regulatory standards.
- Leverage Python or data analytics tools to enhance data workflows and automation (nice-to-have).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in Market Data Domain and Enterprise Architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with EDM tools (e.g., NeoXam DataHub, Markit EDM, Bloomberg AIM).
- Deep understanding of capital markets, derivatives, and multi-asset class data.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage senior stakeholders/vendors.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data analytics is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
