Job Description

**Industry/ Organization Type**: Manufacturing/Retail Position Title: Sales Associate (Retail) Working Location: Tai Seng/Rochor/Woodlands (Depending on assigned outlet) Working Hours: 5.5 - 6 days (11.00 am - 8.00 pm/10.30 am - 9.00 pm/11.00 am - 9.00 pm) Salary Package: Basic + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus + Commission Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers. Demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
