- Overseeing and coordinating the fulfilment process and shipments
- Updating shipping status on the online channels
- Troubleshoot issues relating to order shipment, ecommerce purchase, order fulfilment and etc
- Experience with content, product & inventory management - Skills and knowledge Shopee, Lazada, Zalora platforms
Able to communicate and interact with customers
