- 338729- Set up an aerospace training center with updated training curriculum, OJT program, examination system, IT, quality etc and responsible for budget, P&L, operations, resource management, business development, marketing and sales.
- Obtain Part 147 Maintenance Training Organization approval from relevant aviation authorities such as CAAS, EASA, FAA and/or others.
- Secure funding from relevant government agencies, if applicable
- Establish collaboration with other relevant training institutes such as ITE, polytechnics, universities etc. to enhance learning outcomes
- Develop new businesses in adjacent spaces to technical training of aerospace industry such as aircraft parts trading, ground support equipment, consulting & advisory, manpower solutions etc
- Undertake any other duties as directed by immediate supervisor

**Requirements**:

- At least **10 years of experiences as VP or equivalent management roles** in a major maintenance-repair-overhaul (MRO) organization in the aerospace industry
- At least **10 years of experience in business development** of new project initiatives
- Track record of good network contacts with local/regional airlines and MRO companies
- LAE with min 3 years line and base maintenance preferred
