**Senior Manager, Security Incident Response**
**Mission**
**As a Senior Manager, Security Incident Response, your key objectives will be to **
- Provide vision, strategy and direction for the Circles.Life CSIRT Function within Group Information Security Office.
- Be accountable for building and leading the Incident Response Function.
- Develop and enhance the Incident Response framework that holistically covers the Enterprise to Enduser aspects, including a multi cloud infrastructure, corporate network, Circles-X Digital Telco Platform and 3rd party service providers.
- Effectively operationalize the IR framework by ensuring runbooks remain relevant and adhered to at all times by all parties.
- Bridge the potential gaps in the operating environment by analyzing the outcome from threat intelligence and work with the stakeholders to drive remediation measures appropriately.
- Own, lead and manage the incident management lifecycle; serve as key a stakeholder in the incident management command center and primary liaison between the Security Operation Teams, Business Functions and Leadership Team.
- Take ownership to perform log and intelligence consolidation from various sources to proactively identify indicators of attacks/compromise and drive effective remediation.
- Establish relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional leadership within the organisation and key external stakeholders.
- Conduct incident response table-top exercises; carry out initiatives such as threat hunting and analysis of cyber threats which could affect the overall security posture for the company to drive appropriate outcome to strengthen the overall security posture.
**We are looking for individuals who...**
- Diploma, Degree or Cyber Security related qualifications.
- IR related certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, is an advantage, but not a must.
- About 12 years of experience in Security Incident Response, with experience managing a team in conducting incident response activities.
- Good understanding in microservices architecture, multi-cloud environment and varied operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mac, etc)
- Experience in working with or managing a Security Operations Centre (SOC)
- Knowledge of the following is a plus:
- Digital Forensics
- Threat Hunting/Analysis/Intelligence
- SIEM
- Able to be on stand-by for on-call when the need arises.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to lead a team efficiently and take ownership, an out-of-the box thinker with modern concepts and initiatives who likes to come out of the comfort zone with a can-do attitude.
- Self-starter, able to work without supervision to ensure team OKRs are achieved.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to rapidly resolve conflicts between teams while ensuring security is not compromised.
