**Job Purpose**:
Join Singapore's largest media owner in our journey to shape the future of the advertising landscape in Singapore. Our vibrant Stellar Ace Marketing team is dedicated to driving innovation in brand and marketing communications across both B2B and B2C channels.

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketer to join us. This role is perfect for those who have a talent for transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing formats. As part of our team, you will play a key role in our ongoing projects, developing high quality marketing content with suitable graphics and design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement visual communication materials that align with our marketing goals across both B2B and B2C channels.
- Design clear and compelling graphics that convey complex information in an understandable and visually attractive manner.
- Ensure creativity and consistency of brand and assets across digital and print communications.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Participate in the creative brainstorming of the marketing team, complete designs according to project requirements, and ensure the quality of the designs.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design preferred
- Proven experience in visual communications or related field preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and visual storytelling. (Please submit portfolio along with your resume.)

**Skills**:

- Strong foundation in advertising, layout design, and color coordination.
- Good written and spoken communication skills, with strong negotiation skills
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
- Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player
- Ability to take “common-sense” initiatives and make sound judgements and decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexi-hours during peak period
