Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site supervision on client's place or designated location.
- Manage, liaise and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors.
- Prepare report, establish day-to-day project schedules and ensure project progress is on track.
- Conduct project site inspection and attend to feedback.
- Prepare reports and support in handling and monitoring the progress of project.
- Ensure compliance to WSHA, safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping.
- Responsible for all issues concern on site or ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management of interior design project preferred.
- Able to communicate in English, use Microsoft office and issue a schedule of work.
- Positive attitude and able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
- Prefer Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate holder
- Sound knowledge of Singapore building and construction safety regulations
- Relevant safety certificates and qualifications will be an added advantage but not compulsory
- Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.

Pay: From $2,600.00 per month
