**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for access control, and security screening of all personnel and vehicles coming in and out of the office.
- To ensure all procedures of visitor’s entrance and exit are performed accurately and timely such as updating visitor’s logbook etc.
- Ensure visitors’ compliance with the company’s safety management measures.
- In charge of the company’s PA system
- Attend fire safety maintenance servicing
- Facilitate the parking space
- Handle other general security as assigned.

**Ad Hoc Duties**:

- Ensure the rubbish bin beside the guard house is arranged for collection once full.
- To mop the floor and wipe the glass door entrance at the level 1 lobby every morning
- Wipe glass panels at level 1 every once a month.
- Ensure the main entrance is clean and plants are watered every evening.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to start work with short notice.
- Can speak and write basic English.
- Attentive with a positive work attitude.

**Others**:

- Work Location: West Area - 5 minutes’ walk from Joo Koon MRT
- 5 days work week. Time: 0700hrs - 1900hrs
