**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage complex calendars for executive team members, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and coordinate tasks to ensure effective time management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare detailed travel briefs and handle last-minute changes or issues.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and materials.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Represent the executive team in a professional and polished manner.
- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives led by the executive team.
- Monitor progress and deadlines for critical tasks and deliverables.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
