- We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to support our People and Culture agenda, who can:
- play a pivotal role to engage and build strong work communities within the CDIO Workforce, supporting end to end from ideation to execution.
- Identify, plan and run initiatives from small in-person events to region wide large-scale initiatives
- geek out on new and innovative ways to engage employees and push the boundaries of current programs to rally more organic community involvement in driving key CDIO strategic themes
- collaborate with functional team leads, internal communities and employee interest groups to promote Agile ways of working
- define, gather, and interpret our employee engagement metrics and feedback. Provide proactive, practical, and strategic stakeholder support.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the CDIO Singapore Business Management Team, providing leadership and support to ensure our culture and talent programs supports the location’s strategic goals

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- passion for community and talent engagement, communications, technology, and digital innovation
- experience working with diverse and International community
- experience with End-to-End event facilitation and employee community engagement
- good influencing and partnering skills - able to cultivate and maintain positive relationships

You are:
- extroverted and enjoy interaction - engage employees at all levels of seniorities
- proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently, as well as in a team.
- passionate about people and talent Management
- experienced in managing projects with good organizational and time management skills.
- able to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
